This program is designed to eliminate toxins from the body, reset your mindset, increase your frequency with useful tools, and teach you how to combine food to create your own meal plans.

Over the course of 3 weeks you will:

1) Week 1 - You can drink your pick of blended soups, smoothies, and juices (from my approved list) + you get to pick to EAT one chewable occurrence  meal(s) a day from my approved list of delicious & easy to make meal recipes! 

Week 2 and Week 3 is different based on your choice of levels – join program to find out more!

2) Follow a specific guide of listed herbal Supplements that will help you to reduce cravings, remain stable, balanced and allow toxins to be eliminated while on this program!

3) Encourages you to practice daily mindfulness and 
breathing techniques to help elevate your energy level and frequency.

4) Follow the guides and tips to promote cleanse, gut healing, reduce inflammation and cleanse the system of toxins and heavy metals.

5)Workout and exercise to elevate your detox capabilities and increase your chances for weight loss, or muscle building.
